BOBOX – display box for dollies

September 2nd, 2009 by Linda Gavin

BOBOX is a design display box that was especially designed for displaying dolls, but everything you choose to display in them will look extra beautiful. The boxes are made in Prague. Behind this design are the married couple Jana Mulik and Peter Mulik. Peter had these display shelves made for his beloved wife Jana some years ago. They received a lot of appreciation from doll collectors around the world, and that’s how the idea of the BOBOX was further developed.

The boxes are made of wood and are available in white. They can easily be hung on the wall to create a wonderful composition. The boxes take 6 weeks to make but they have 10 pieces in stock at them moment.

I’m very exited that they finally are available! My Blythes are in a desperate need of display boxes. I love how simple, sturdy and how well they fit together with other design furniture. Our dolls deserves good quality displays to make them look their best. Please have a look in the BOBOX set on Flickr to see pictures of different kinds of dolls in different sizes (everything from Lati Yellow to Senior Delf) with the boxes.

The BOBOXes will be listed on eBay this friday (4th of September 2009) under the seller “janapha”.  If you want to place an order directly from the designers, please email janaduricekova[at]yahoo.com

They offer world wide shipping, preferably priority airmail, but if you want them to be sent with e.g. EMS, it can be arranged too.
