Riko, the tiny 10cm doll from FairyGarden
“I plant my dreams here and watch them coming true” is the tagline of FairyGarden which is a one person studio in Shanghai. The name of the founder and designer is Yu Ting Xu but also known by the name DD-Anne.
She makes beautiful basic and full set dolls dolls in two sizes being; 10 cm tiny dolls and 24 cm girls. She also sells wigs, clothes, eyes and shoes.
How do I dress these 10 cm FairyGarden dolls?
They can pretty much wear the same wigs, eyes, shoes and tops as Lati White dolls and Puki dolls. Her legs are much shorter so the tops can often be worn as tunica’s.
To place an order
First you need to decide on which doll you want. The next step is to choose what type of resin you want. New pikny, tan or white. Faceup or no faceup, wigs and so on.
Her email address is ddanne1984 at gmail.com and you can place an order by sending her an email. If she doesn’t reply within 24 hours, you’d better try and contact her in some other way, perhaps via Den of Angles or Flickr. The payment methods are Paypal and Moneybrookers.
Shipping
The dolls in stock are promised to be shipped within 30 days, and pre-order dolls will be shipped within 50 days (if you don’t get a notification about a delay). I received the my Riko within two weeks, but if her dolls gets too popular, I’m sure we’ll have to be ready to wait a lot longer.
Riko is a super cute tiny doll with a chubby body. She fits very well together with other tiny dolls in the same size, and she is the perfect size for
living in a 1:12 scaled doll’s house. She wears Kelly shoes, Puki clothes and Lati White/ Puki wigs. The chair is in 1:12 scale
